Inspection Services

ENS provides QA/QC services using our highly qualified field engineers from our global network who are capable to detect issues effectively at the earlier stage by eliminating re-work/replacement cost within the limited time.

They follow our quality management procedure and are assessed on a daily basis for their capabilities and competencies, and the detailed inspection reports are sent to clients within 48 hours after the visit.

Being an inspection service company, ENS commit the confidentiality, independence, impartiality and integrity on all our services. Preeminent security matters are treated with outmost seriousness.

We provide, Inspection at the vendor premises for all types of Mechanical, Welding , Electrical & Instrumentation Coating and Civil during different stages such as fabrication, final, FAT, performance, pressure tests etc. related to energy sector, Oil & gas (onshore & offshore) and Petrochemical industry.

Expediting Services

We perform expediting for large scale projects to minimize potential risks thereby securing the quality and timely delivery of goods and components. It is carried out by our experienced field expeditors.

We employ trusted local expeditors with in-depth knowledge of procurement, production and delivery processes.

Audit Services

ENS conduct audits to assess the supplier pre-qualification records prior to client assign work to concerned vendor & sub-vendors worldwide.

ENS Involved in ISO 9001: 2008 & 2015 Audit document compilation & related preparation Work as per another standard like OHSAS 19001 & EMS 14001 respectively.

NDT & Advanced NDT Services

Apart from our inspection and expediting works in welding & fabrication, instrumentation and control systems, coatings, we do have hands on experience in NDT (Non-destructive Testing).

RT (Radiographic Testing)

Radiography Technicians detect internal discontinuities and cracks in Piping & structural weldments, Pipeline weldments, electronic components, castings, valves & tubes in a wide range of materials, sizes and shapes. They have extensive experience in film interpretation at both ASNT Level II, ASNT/ ACCP Professional Level III and PCN 3.4 R. I status

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Our Technicians detect Cracks, laminations, shrinkage cavities, bursts, flakes, pores, disbands and other discontinuities that produce reflective interfaces. We perform, two types of Ultrasonic Inspection.

• Ultrasonic Flaw Detection
• Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement

They have extensive experience & certified as per ASNT, CSWIP ETC

Advanced method, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Inspection is also carried out.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Technicians detect surface and near surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron, eg Casting, Plates, Machined Components, Welds, Forgings.

They have extensive experience & certified as per ASNT, CSWIP ETC

Positive Material Identification (PMI)

Technicians perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) is to identify the chemical analysis of various metal alloys. PMI shall be conducted on-site or in the laboratory.

They have extensive experience & certified as per ASNT, CSWIP PCN ETC

Hardness Testing (HT)

Hardness Test Methods used by our technicians are Rockwell Hardness Test, Rockwell Superficial Hardness Test, Brinell Hardness Test, Vickers Hardness Test, Micro hardness Test, Moh’s Hardness Test and Scleroscope.

They have extensive experience & certified as per ASNT, CSWIP ETC

Eddy Current Inspection

Our technicians perform Eddy Current Testing in Heat exchanger, Boiler, Coolers, Condensers etc to detect the crack, the rapid sorting of small components for flaws, size variations or material variation.

They have extensive experience & certified as per ASNT, CSWIP ETC

Training and Certification

We are in the midst of getting approved as a TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION Company.

Progressively we will be employing MOM approved inspector in Singapore & worldwide.

ENS provide in -house welding & inspection training for fresh engineers locally as & when required.

All Employee shall be briefed in accordance with ENS global site safety requirements prior to any inspections.
